Privacy Policy

Mosaic Lernparkour is a voluntary educational initiative. I process as little personal data as possible – there is no advertising, no tracking, no analytics services and no sharing of data for advertising purposes. This policy explains which data is processed when you visit this website, what I use it for and which rights you have.

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Sascha Bardua
Bürgerweide 52
20535 Hamburg, Germany
Email: mosaic-lernparkour@outlook.com

I have not appointed a data protection officer, as the legal requirements for doing so do not apply.

2. Legal bases

I process personal data on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – your consent, for example when loading a YouTube video
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – initiating and carrying out a collaboration, for example a request or a booking
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – my legitimate interest in a technically secure and functioning website

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open a page, your browser transmits technically necessary data to Netlify's servers, where it is processed in log files: IP address, date and time of access, the address requested, the amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system.

This data is required to operate the website and serves its security and stability (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I do not evaluate it on a personal level. As Netlify also processes data in the USA, a data processing agreement including EU standard contractual clauses is in place. Further information: Netlify's privacy policy.

4. Request form in the interactive presentation

At the end of the interactive presentation (“Discover Mosaic”) you can send a request. What gets transmitted is what you enter into the form yourself: your name, your email address and your details about the desired format (target group, age groups, group size, on-site conditions, preferred date, location and your free-text message), together with the answers you selected earlier in the presentation.

The submission is handled by the form service Netlify Forms. The request is stored there and additionally delivered to me by email at the address given above. I use these details exclusively to answer your request and to work out a possible format with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing your email address is necessary because otherwise I cannot reply to you.

I delete incoming requests once they have been dealt with and no statutory retention periods apply – as a rule no later than twelve months after the last contact.

5. Contact by email

If you write to me directly, I process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply to it (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). My mailbox is operated by Microsoft (Outlook.com). Messages remain there until the matter is settled and I delete them.

6. Booking an appointment

On the “Book an appointment” page you can pick a slot for a conversation directly. For this I process your name, your email address, the selected time and your optional notes about the occasion. From this data a calendar entry with a video conference link is created, which Google adds to my calendar and sends to you as an invitation (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Free slots are derived from my calendar without transmitting the contents of other appointments to you. Further information: Google's privacy policy.

7. Cookies and local storage

This website sets no cookies for advertising, tracking or statistics. Only technical storage mechanisms of your browser are used:

- Session storage: In the interactive presentation your name, your selections and your progress are stored so the tour does not start over when you reload. This data stays in your browser and is deleted when you close the tab.
- Local storage: If you consent to loading a YouTube video, that decision is stored so you are not asked again.

The fonts used are served together with the website; no connection to third-party servers takes place.

8. YouTube videos

The homepage embeds a video that is only loaded after your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Before that, no connection to YouTube is established. After your consent the video is loaded in extended privacy mode via youtube-nocookie.com; Google then receives your IP address and information about the video requested (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland). You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

9. Your rights

You have the right at any time to information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent you have given at any time.

Just write to mosaic-lernparkour@outlook.com – an informal message is enough.

10. Changes to this policy

I update this policy when the website or the services it uses change. The version published here is the one that applies.
